Refund policy
At Naviiz, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient shopping experience for our Australian customers. Our policies are designed to be fair and are fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Consumer Rights Notice (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Returns & Window

30-Day Policy: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Initiation: To start a return, contact our support team at info@naviiz.com.

Important: Do not send items to our registered Ottawa address. All returns must be approved and sent to our designated return facility.
3. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.

Products must be unused and in original condition (except where inspection for a fault is required).

If items are returned used or damaged beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or depreciation deduction may apply as permitted by law.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty/Incorrect Items: If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Naviiz covers 100% of the return costs.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 AUD).
5. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Please contact us to arrange this.

Order Changes: If you need to change your order, please contact us before our cut-off time of 8:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) to ensure we can intercept the package.
6. Shipping & Address Responsibility

Address Updates: Contact info@naviiz.com immediately if you need to change your delivery address. Once an order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge for additional reshipping costs.

Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues.
